From primary coarse reduction to cubical aggregate, the line is chosen around the material's hardness. Primary and secondary stages use crushers, projects needing on-site mobility use mobile crushing plants, and sizing is handled by vibrating screens.
- High abrasion favours high-manganese jaws and chamber liners.
- For cubical shape and low flakiness, a cone or VSI is selected at the secondary/tertiary stage.
- Low moisture makes dry screening efficient; deck count follows the required fractions.
